Please be mindful cancellations made within 48 hours will result in 50% fee, same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. No shows are absolutely not accepted. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, you will forfeit the ability to book future appointments with me. This policy is in place out of respect for my time, my craft and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. After two back to back reschedules full payment will be needed in order to book again. Deposits are non refundable as it holds a spot that could have been booked by someone else. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled with proper notice, your deposit will be honored and remain valid for up to three months from the original booking date. Reminder while every precaution is taken during your color appointment, please avoid wearing clothing you care deeply about, as hair color can sometimes transfer.
