Cancellation Policy
Please be mindful cancellations made within 48 hours will result in 50% fee,while no-shows will be charge in full. After two back to back reschedules full payment will be needed in order to book again.
Deposits are non refundable as it holds a spot that could have been booked by someone else.
Reminder while every precaution is taken during your color appointment, please avoid wearing clothing you care deeply about, as hair color can sometimes transfer. Thank you for understanding and helping me ensure a smooth experience for you!
